Dawei Company is a Taiwanese owned all silica sol investment casting precision manufacturing enterprise, formerly known as Zhongshan Lianwei Precision Hardware Co., Ltd., founded in 1998. In 2008, it was newly established on Guangxing Road, Dayan Industrial Zone, Huangpu Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China and renamed Dawei (Zhongshan) Wujin Industrial Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 3 million US dollars and a construction area of 10000 square meters, including a production area of 7600 square meters. It has three major production workshops for casting, machining, and polishing, and a designed annual production capacity of 2400 tons for castings. The company currently has over 250 employees, including 15 engineering and technical personnel.

Dawei Company produces investment precision castings made of stainless steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steel, and other materials, covering various fields such as automotive parts, valves, pipe fittings, construction hardware, pumps, and marine hardware. The products are mainly exported to Europe, Asia, Japan, and Taiwan. At present, the main casting equipment includes: dual station vertical wax injection machine, horizontal wax injection machine, rotary table wax injection machine, electric heating dewaxing furnace, automatic wax treatment system, high-frequency induction melting furnace, suspended sandblasting machine, rotary table sandblasting machine, ring belt sandblasting machine, etc. The main machining equipment includes: CNC numerical control lathe, CNC vertical comprehensive machining machine, general lathe instrument lathe, milling machine, desktop tapping machine, desktop drilling machine, etc.

To meet the needs of different customers and ensure product quality, the company has established a comprehensive quality assurance system and has relatively complete inspection equipment and facilities. The main inspection equipment includes: spectrometer, Rockwell hardness tester, crystal phase analyzer, universal tensile testing machine, universal impact testing machine, etc.

In order to improve the overall skills and quality of enterprise personnel, the company regularly organizes various internal training activities and sends personnel for external training as needed. At the same time, it pays attention to irregular academic exchange activities with relevant casting peer enterprises.
